"This hotel is just amazing, the views from the rooms is second to none. The service is so good from the minute you arrive, they welcome you and make you feel at home. The beds are super comfortable & the amenities are great. Location is perfect as it’s right by little Adam peak and not far from the Ella town. "This place is magical! Truly a stay in the jungle. There’s no road to the cabin so the last part you have to walk on the railway. However the staff were really helpful and carried our suitcases the whole way - so do recommend to pack lightly. The place was amazing and the staff were so kind and helpful. Highly recommend! "

"Die einfach eingerichtete, jedoch moderne Holzhütte war mitten am Hang in der Natur. Wir konnten jeden Tag den Balkon genießen und Affen, Pfauen, Eichhörnchen und Vögel in freier Wildbahn beobachten. Zudem war der Service von Ashien herausragend. Ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Allrounder als Servicekraft. Die Lage ist abseits der lauten trubeligen inneren Ortslage, trotzdem ist diese wie auch der Bahnhof schnell zu Fuß erreichbar."

"Saubere geräumige Zimmer mit Balkon, aber im Zentrum von Ella: viele LKW,
viele Tuktuk, Abgase , Ruhe ab ca 22.00. Staff war sehr hilfreich, spricht gut englisch, erfüllt Sonderwünsche umgehend. Frühstücksbuffet war für 5 Euro
schwach, als Brotbelag gabs keine Wurst, nur eine Sorte Käse, dafür viel warmes Srilankaessen. Restaurant nebenan gehört zum Hotel. Ella an sich ist hässlich, laut und stinkig. Der Clou sind eben die Bahn, das Hochland, der Tee."

"Stayed in the treehouse for two nights! The room was really neat and we were surrounded by the forest! Very peaceful and relaxing! Rooms were clean, service was great! Ignore the bad reviews... The people who complained were the type of people to complain the beach was too hot and sandy! "
