"A delightful stay and made memorable by the efforts of Ashen our host. He went above and beyond the call of duty in order to assist us in achieving the maximum in the minimum amount of time. From organising a cooking class to massages to organising a wonderful comfortable car and driver to get us from Ella to Kandy with a visit to nine bridges on our way. "

"The view was amazing. Our room was on the top floor and looked out over Ella Rock with a view of Little Adams peak to the side.
Somehow our booking through Expedia was lost in the system even though we had prepaid, but luckily we had a copy of our booking confirmation and the hotel had a spare room.
The Manager was lovely and he cooked a nice breakfast.
The walk to and from town is down a busy road and took about 10 minutes."

"Decent hotel with a great view and nice spacious rooms... not too far from city center, but too far to walk as there is a bit of traffic.

"When we arrived the operators did not have any record of our booking. We spent one night in the advertised room then got moved to really terrible old accommodation which is Lizzie Villa and not the advertised picture on expedia. There is a hotel at the back of Lizzie Villa called Cuib Villa which is new and the advertised picture on expedia. The Lizzie Villa accommodation is awful. When asked about recompensing the difference in cost between the two accommodations I was told that they could not...
