"Room was not clean on arrival just bedding was changed still had old room service dishes inside. For being a fairly new property it was in very poor shape. Railings broken, lights broken, and paint peeling in general areas. This is the 5th dreams location I’ve been to and the only one I would never recommend. "Very clean rooms and bonus the hotel is almos new less than 2 years The staff is always nice The pool area is very clean but and this is a huge but there’s almost no umbrellas in the pool area which is really needed The beach area is the same almost no umbrellas but at least you have all the Palmeras for shade They should invest a little more in putting more shade in the pool The food is good and there’s a lot of options to choose My teenagers had a great time I loved that they had sports...

"This was an excellent resort. The property had everything for everybody. The pools were beautiful with a great shallow kiddie pool with lots of attractions. Lots of restaurants with varied cuisine. Only drawback it was hard to get reservations. The staff were all very customer focused and helpful. We had a medical issue and there was a full time doctor. I would highly recommend it."
