"This was our second time visiting Excellence Punta Cana. Our stay started rocky with not having hot water which resulted in us changing rooms 3 times. This put a damper on our trip because we were traveling all day. After we were finally settled in our room, the Excellent Club graceously gifted us with a free romantic dinner on the beach, which we enjoyed. One con on this trip was the DJ, he seemed to play the same music that catered to one demographic. The DJ played every night with only 3-5 people on the dance floor. We were really looking forward to dancing, so it took away from our trip. House keeping was questionable because we had a big brown stain on our blanket and 10 dollars missing from my purse.
As always, the property was clean, the food was better than our first visit, friendly staff, and it was relaxing."
