"Nice property but that’s about it! Poor service all around! Only saving grace was our concierge Raphael which I give 5 stars. Restaurant service was bad and food was not good! Room service took forever to come and when it did it was cold and un eatable ! They gave us cold soup!! Breakfast and lunch buffet was ok ! Pool was ok and not enough activities! Johnny was great he was our server! Spa was ok very limited! The best thing about this resort was the beach! It was beautiful and clean! This place is not on the same level as the live aqua in Mexico which we loved!"

"Ive stayed at several resorts in DR spanning back 16 years and none compare to this. The service was the best ive ever received anywhere. Our butler, Aris, was ON IT and decked out our room for our anniversary in a beautiful surprise. We spent hours on our first day at the preferred lobby bar and came back every single day to see Angely. Shes a literal angel and made the absolute best drinks plus best convo. The main pool is honestly mid and the preferred family pool is a joke but the preferred adults pool is one of the most impressive pools Ive ever been in and the water park is so much fun. The bartenders at the preferred pool bar, Alejandro and Peter were incredible and so entertaining. We almost booked next door at Breathless but I'm honestly so glad we didn't. Dreams has so much more. We went over to breathless a few times and the pool was always packed. The bar at the breathless Lobby is insanely impressive and the shows are better. The burlesque and queen show were awesome. Now for the most important part the food. I am truly convinced that most people who rate the food negatively went over there looking for mac and cheese and chicken tenders all of which they do have but because this is not America they don't do it very well. What they do very well is all the other food. I didnt have a dish I didnt love, best resort food ever. Overall we had an incredible experience and would absolutely be back!"

"I really appreciated both maids who cleaned my room . First laidy from 1213 is very humble and welcoming . I had requested to be moved due to my room smell like mold so I could get a better sleep . I had to wait 2 nights to get moved . Over all my stay was good . My favorite part was the choice of food specially salad bar. Not much choice for meet but they had some sea food choice . Over all I rate it as good"

"Me and my wife came here for our honeymoon and overall it was a good experience. We did have an issue with the cleanliness when we first arrived. Our couch in our room was soaking wet and covered with stains, it took some time but they were able to assist us and switch our rooms. Other than that the daily buffet wasn’t that good but the restaurants were decent. I will say it is not technically all inclusive, if you want certain foods at dinner there is a pretty huge upcharge for certain items. Don’t come expecting to buy things on the resort for normal prices the sunscreen alone was $35. One more thing that I didn’t really like was they let vendors onto the resort who pretty much harassed us the whole way to our dinner reservation to come buy stuff from them. The views were stunning and the resort itself was gorgeous. The staff was extremely friendly though and mostly helpful. I’d like to give a huge shoutout to our concierge Miguel Garrido who was on point! Everyday he would check in and make sure our dinner reservations were booked and our schedules were all perfect!"

"It has been a good resort but probably mediocre when compared to others (if I am being a resort snob). It has a good mix of romance and fun since it is a family resort. This is the perfect time to come. The first two days were the busiest but the rest of the week has seemed to have fewer and fewer people. Staff is super friendly! Food is about average as well when compared. Our walkout is neat but not a necessity. There is ample pool space and the beach is nice too. The shows at night have been a good variety as well. Would be helpful to have a weekly schedule as opposed to daily. You can easily miss out on some ala cart restaurants because they are on rotation. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
