"Stayed for two nights, the hotel is simple and nice. However, this is the first time I stayed at a hotel where the staff is extremely loud while doing their work (cleaning the rooms or checking if you need laundry?). Staff started their shift early morning, no later than 8:00am. First morning got woken up by a knock at 8:00am asking if we had laundry. The next morning got woken up by an extremely loud knock and a loud voice at 4:45am!!!! Apparently the people staying next door requested to be woken up at that time. Not sure why the need to knock and yell that they were there to wake them up as they requested. The rooms had phones, why not just give them a call!?"
