"We really enjoyed our stay at 'Forest Edge Hotel'. The location is charming with nature and beautiful views all around (I think all rooms have access to a balcony). It's far away enough from the main road that you don't hear any traffic. They also have a lovely pool. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. At least in the room we stayed, there were only power outlets with circular-shaped pins (something to keep in mind if you're used to using square pin adapters). The WIFI was a bit iffy at times but that might be a good thing if you want to get away from work-related online stuff! The choices of meals was rather limited but adequate. Would love to come back for a longer stay!"

"SUPER friendly and accommodating staff. I made my booking earlier in the day but it hadn’t come through their system they totally took me in and showed me to my room right away. It was spacious and the hot water worked. Very close to the base of the Adam’s Peak hike so can start the hike from the hotel’s doorstep. Had a wonderful breakfast on their outdoor porch after my hike. I’d recommend this hotel to any travelers visiting the Sri Pada area. "

"Cabins are rustic, spacious and very lovely. Staff are very accommodating and friendly. Food was very good, especially the chicken springrolls. I didn’t use the pool but people I was with did and they loved it. It’s a great place to get away from it all. Bring a book or two! The last few km of road to get there is terrible so plan on one trip in and one trip out when you leave. "
