"The hotel has a great location and close to lots of amenities, restaurants, parks and mall. Easy to get to other locations in Quito. The staff is super helpful and always ready to help. Our housekeeper person was always attentive and the room was serviced whenever we went outside. The front desk staff were very helpful in assisting and arranging tours we wanted to do. The breakfast buffet was superb and had all the options you would want in a breakfast. The staff was great and kept the food well...

The breakfast was great (although there was some confusion about it being included, 2 staff members said it wasn’t until I showed the e-mail chain and a senior member agreed it was). The bar area was great. Santiago in particular was friendly, professional and attentive."

"this is for the adventerous, dont get scare on the way there the roads are a little rough due to the hotel still being developed. Chef Marcelo is a plus for this hotel and Sol as well. The entire staff is extremely friendly and helpful."
