"Clealiness"

"Slow check-in process. Front desk staff were not helping much to accommodate all requests. Low floor suite, and extremely noisy outside air condition units. Keep in mind that you may wait up to half hours to get to the parking in front of the hotel main entrance where there were a lot car crowds there!."

"The place is beautiful and has a great sea view. However, unfortunately, there is very little privacy in the cabins. Some guests created a lot of noise and disturbance until 3:00 AM, which negatively affected our stay. We also left our food on the table while taking a walk along the beach. I believe the management of Sun Set Resort should enforce clearer rules and guidelines for guests and...

"Staff is not good. I asked to update my corporate VAT number in bill. They told it can not be done during check out time."

"Nice spacious room"

"Delightful stay. Wonderful pool tremendous breakfast incredibly gracious staff."

"no thing was major all acceptable range"

"Disappointing stay. A 5-star hotel is false advertising. The Wi-Fi is poor and slow, and I can't use it for work or entertainment. The room has outdated technology. Housekeeping is bothered when you ask for help. Breakfast is below average and limited (a 5-star hotel without a proper coffee machine for example). But the gym is great....

"Bedsheet was stained, bathroom door is a sliding door that doesn't close properly and it doesn't lock, parking spaces are so small and narrow"

"The property was good, but the service was terrible. "

"It is clean but there is few insects and ants in the floor"

"Please clean the room before guests arrived , specially from the dust ."

"تجربة رائعة "

"Everything was ok except the last day of my stay. The swimming pool was not open until 1:07 p.m, without any notice on the door of the swimming pool. The swimming pool, as it is written on the wall, is usually opened from 09:00 am until 09: pm."

"لقد كانت تجربة ممتازة للغاية شكرا علي اهتمام ونظافة المكان والمعامله الحسنة"
