"Had a lovely 2 night stay at the Leonardo. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was great but I found the air con a bit noisy. I couldn’t turn it off for some reason. Would definitely stay there again as parking was next to the hotel and a very reasonable price. A lovely stay. "

La chambre (107) n’était pas propre: cheveux au sol, traces sur la robinetterie, coulisses brunes sur le mur. "One of the staff with the name of Lily I guess informed us that they would charge for the 2 water bottles which is so annoying as this is supposed to be a five star property and we were there for 4 nights! Water should be provided at the least to the guests I feel. Otherwise the rest of the staff was lovely and we enjoyed our stay. "

"I imagine once upon a time this hotel was magical Now it shows it's age, which is to be expected The tower room was large, good spa bath and shower. View was nice. A couple of things that would make it a bit more practical. Coat hooks near the door would be handy. Towel hooks in the bathroom also needed. "

"The breakfast was good Upon arrival we were allocated a room that was cesigned for disabled persons,especially in the bathroom ,with hand rails and grab facilities. Fortunately the upper floor facilities lift was an infill to our room,did not operate during our stay,otherwise we would have requested a room change.
