"Faultless from arrival with the friendly greeting and very helpful lady on reception, to the excellent restaurant and delicious food and friendly restaurant staff with Pete especially who we had a great laugh with. Room was spotless and very comfortable. Then checking out with Jennifer who was so helpful and friendly. We have mad a reservation for later in the year and look forward to coming back!"

"My room was clean, warm & very comfortable. Easy WiFi connection. Plenty of tea/coffee facilities. All staff were so helpful and friendly, but full marks go to the lovely chap at reception, who helped with the 'uncorking' of my birthday bottle of vino! A perfect stay on my way home to Kent."
