"jammer dat het extra dekbed met plasvlekken was en gedroogde bloedsporen ander was het zeker een 9 geweest. Voor een 4 sterren hotel mag je minimaal verwachten dat je beddengoed schoon is. verder is alles prima, goed ontbijd en het zwembad is ook lekker om even te relaxen, de welnee is klein maar ook fijn"

"Hotel is right in the centre of Ghent so a perfect location for seeing the sights. Check in was quick and easy and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was lovely and had everything I needed for a couple of nights stay. Nice shampoo and conditioner along with a ‘proper’ hairdryer. There was an iron and ironing board, coffee machine and kettle and a small minibar fridge. The bed was huge and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had a lovely shower. I didn’t use the restaurant, bar...

"The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was spacious but not very clean. There were a few items that were missed. For example a cobweb that was left in the doorway. Some socks and food left behind by previous guests. However, the hotel is located a short walk from a key tram stop and was near several food places. I would say overall we had a good stay and it worked well for our family."
