"Amazing hotel, incredible service!
We had a great stay. We loved the fact that the hotel is 5 min walk from the center so very quiet. The spa, pool were such a nice addition and everyone working there was lovely. Highly recommend this hotel!"

"We stayed 3 nights and we were excited to be at the hotel. Found the places noted in the pictures were common areas (hotel entrance and staircase). Those were charming and beautiful. Our room was in the other building which looked like a super 8. Drab, plain entrance, hallways and room. Our carpet had huge stains in it. We were disappointed with the room as we expected a charming space. The front desk staff were very unhelpful. Didn’t get up from their back desk to talk to you at the counter,...

"Love the location and the size of the room. It’s right in front of the first attraction and you just keep following the street and you will see the next few attractions within minutes. The shower pressure is good although the bathtub is too high for me to hop in and out because I am short. Wish they have a mini fridge in the room. Overall I recommend this hotel."

"This was exactly what we needed for our short trip. We stayed one night here but I think this hotel can be ideal for more than one night. The staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful with everything - it wasn't our first time in Ghent so we know our way around but they did check with us and we're prepared to tell us about the city.
