"Everything was great it was just a smell"

"The rooms were clean and the staff wonderful. Only thing was the smell in the room a little musty and i am sure it was due to the moist atmosphere but luckly I had Lysol. Bar and food was terrific if you stayed in the Club. The food was amazing whether breakfast, lunchtime/snacks and late afternoon snacks or desserts."

"I love the privacy we had with room and balcony. There is no smoking of any kind on property, but they do have a designated area. Not too many activities unless you travel over to st John's but the stay was great!"

"We absolutely LOVED everything about our stay at the Ritz Residences in St. Thomas. Literally every staff member was lovely, the residence’s 3 bedrooms were an ideal setup for our family, the pools, beaches, restaurants, and other amenities were all wonderful. "This place was exceptional. Whole condo to yourself. Gated parking. The beach is directly on the property with shade trees to sit under if you don't want direct sun while enjoying the beach. "The listing for this room has a beach front view, I thought I was a walk away from the beach. The view was absolutely beautiful on the listing. But that was not the case. We are behind the buildings that the Photos listed. And we were facing the docs with all the boats. Also, the bed was very uncomfortable."
