"I was staying to be close to the hospital while my husband had an operation. The hotel was clean well decorated and furnished. The security was excellent and for my first solo stay i felt very safe and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful"

"We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Boclair - the building is a lovely art deco style building. Very clean, great room and a lovely breakfast. The staff were all lovely and very friendly. We had a great chat with Brendan on the front desk and we would highly recommend the hotel. "

"A little gem in Scotland all off grid and powered by solar and wood burners. Excellent deco and facilities with no 3 pin electric socket so no tv and the perfect place to chill and relax especially in the wood fired hot tub. Gordon had it all fired up and by the time we had stoked it too the thermostat was showing 90 degrees and we sat like prunes for 2hrs even when it rained and sleeted it didn’t ruin the relaxation of sitting their looking over the countryside to Loch Lomond. "Very conveniently located for the city centre and shopping. Nice staff, good facilities. The apartment was modern, well equipped kitchen and bathroom - perfect for us 3 guests. However on arrival there were only 2 tea bags for 3 people! It was a bit annoying having to keep asking for coffee pods. We bought our own tea bags in the end. "

"We really liked the location of this hotel. The rooms were very current, with lots of plugs for our electronics. The lighting and shades were fun to control with the iPad. The availability of food and drink on the 1st floor was super convenient. The rooms are very small, so just be prepared for that. The sick was tiny, so a little hard to use. Still a great place, but it was tight for two adults."
