"I love this hotel in the hills. It's so convenient to start or end a long trip up to further away bits of Scotland. The rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable and the views are stunning across the fields and hills. It's very quiet and has all I need. "

"Busy roadchef services but found an easy parking which was free , family room was large enough , clean & pleasent, maybe next time we will get a lakeside balcony room. "

"As soon as we walked into the hotel we were faced with a stunning view over Portpatrick from the huge window in reception. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was bigger than expected and had a balcony with a view over Portpatrick and out to sea."
