"The property was in the heart of Jumeirah Beach and within walking distance of so much. The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was amazing. The gym was one of the best gyms Ive been to within a hotel or resort. I have no complaints about this hotel."

"Beautiful property and well maintained but the customer care was not very good at all. Having discovered that I had been defrauded, I paid for an additional four days until I ran out of money. I had around £30 outstanding and they kept my luggage and it was only after the police told them to let it go that they did so. This is not acceptable on any level given that I was totally open and honest about my situation. They even offered a two month stay there and contract, they led me to believe it...
