"Nice hotel outside Wimbourne. Very helpful staff, very comfortable beds. Lovely riverside terrace for drinks and breakfast. We had a room at the front and a bit noisy from the road."

"Wonderful hotel. Close to the train station. Across from the beach. Very good hot breakfast and good selection of cold items. Only negative is the lack of an elevator if your room is on the top floor."

"Bed was comfortable, large room and bathroom, very clean throughout the hotel. Breakfast was varied and well cooked. Service was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Gardens extensive. No local amenities that I was aware of. Sort of place ideal if just passing through, having a reception or making use of the bar/restaurant."

"The accomodatuin was basic but absolutely served our needs. The owners were really helpful and allowed us to have 4 adults in a room designed for 2 adults and 2 children. The only diwnside was the lack of parking but that is not their fault. "

"Great location with a short 5 min walk to the beach. 15 min walk to the harbour. Enty of parking. Good communication from Mike the host who dven sent me a txt to say id left my phone charger. Furniture and decor a bit dated but vlean and grest value"
