"Got my key to my room. Clothing was on both beds. They gave 2 keys out to the same room, Unacceptable. Waited another 20 minutes to get another key. Everything else was great. Should have gotten a small discount, but that didn't happen. Probably not going there again."

"I stayed in the presidential suite. Very nice and spacious and each room had its own bathroom which was fantastic. Breakfast was ok, typical options for a continental breakfast. Pool and hot tub were nice. The only negative thing I have to say is that the ice machine that was on our floor didn’t work, the only working one I could find was on the first floor and I was on the 3rd."
