"We have stayed here many times and generally it’s been very good, however on this occasion things were not on song, our first night the room was very noisy as a function was taking place and loud disco music until 1am, please avoid room 106. I did voice my complaint and reception staff moved us to a different room much better nights sleep second night. Reference to room 106, bed not comfortable and very low, bathroom was cold towel rail not heating up and loo seat falls down as won’t stay up....

"The room was clean, though there were some long hairs on the folded clean towels. Staff were very friendly, very helpful. Breakfast was nice and had a reasonable selection for being included in the price of the room. My only big complaint was you can’t open a window and the aircon didn’t really cool the room at all (setting were correct for cooling the room) but it was still very warm after a couple of hours. Still managed to get a bit of sleep, but the roon was very warm. "

"This is not a criticism but room for improvement So, I stayed in the annex part of the property.The room lacked hotel standards..Very dated and the bathroom was not nice at all. The shower mixer didn’t work and there was no water pressure in the shower. I had either a Cold shower or a very hot shower. Room was ok ish. Patchwork filler on walls not complete. Dated woodwork furniture etc. However, the bed was comfy, and breakfast good. Staff were super amazing. "

"Yes it was terrible. On arrival, they changed our room several times. There was no heating and no warm water. we complained to the management and was told we would get a refund but nothing was done. We didn't go the 2nd night and we still didn't get anything. Reported to expedia, was told they would look into it but it's been weeks now and no feedback. It's so sad because I have had multiple unpleasant experience with expedia and only just returned. But I guess they've not changed neither have...

"So terrible we walked in and walked out again, drove around to find a different hotel! This hotel gave me the creeps, like something out of a horror movie with an American hostel feel. We arrived late (10 ish pm) and despite the hotel being quite quiet our room was given to us and was one of the last rooms down a long dark corridor at the back of the building. "Frech clean room - immaculate bathroom. Ideal for what we needed - a base for the night. Very reasonable price - free parking. Rapid EV chargers next door. Free breakfast was a bonus. Lovely friendly helpful staff. Thank you"

"Excellent staff, super friendly and helpful. Our room 106 needed some TLC but it was super clean and spacious with a very comfy mattress. Breakfast was very good, great assortment of cold and hot food and love that’s it’s a ‘help yourself’ options. Good quality food. Our satnav wouldn’t accept the postcode, so if yours is the same, it’s just off junction 36 of the A1. "
