"Staff very helpful. Location is great near the square and castle. Food was also good."

"I was highly dissatisfied as after a long drive and arriving late at night, the hotel informed me that I was not in the system (while I had my full confirmation with me). Moreover, the hotel was not as pictured and certainly not worth 100 USD a night. Nonetheless, after insisting that I must be in the system, the receptionist say `Ah yes, you are right, we relocated you (without my knowledge) to another hotel because we were overbooked.` The receptionist then provided me convoluted directions...

"Our favorite stay on our 11 day Budapest, Slovakia and krakow vacation! Property helped us to find milk for our babies when all stores were closed. The room had gorgeous views as did the property. There was cute little playground and space to kick a soccer ball for our boys. We wished we could stay longer!! "

"This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a seating area that they provide with a coffee/snack area, along with a breakfast area. This hotel is up the hill with restaurants nearby. Since parking is provided - use this space and walk around as there is little parking available in town."

"Hotel zial nema ziadne parkovacie miesta (ani len na zastavenie/vylozenie veci z auta),takze kym sme vykladali veci z auta,uz pri nas stala mestska policia a dostali sme pokutu za parkovanie :-/ Taktiez ani vynasanie vsetkej detskej vynavy na tretie poschodie nie je bez vytahu ziadna sranda,ale tak s tym musi asi clovek pocitat pri historickych budovat. Na com by vsak mohol hotel zapracovat je bezbarierovost (s kocikom neprejdete do hotela ani len cez vchodove dvere - musite ist cez restauraciu...

"Such a lovely place, located continently in the center of town so you can walk everywhere. Free parking in the back and the host was excellent at replying!"

"Very nice staff, great and interesting looking hotel, and good location. Only downside is the lack of airconditioning in the room on these hot summer days. "

"The hotel rate was fairly high for out of season and we were disappointed by a few things. The bed was very uncomfortable- like a piece of wood. The hotel advertises a pool and sauna, but it is open for only two hours a day and we had to request they let us in and turn it on. The restaurant, although it has friendly staff, does not serve good food and the ambiance is terrible."

"Super ! Bien placé, au calme, pas trop loin du centre (il faut un véhicule). Stationnement possible dans la cours de la maison. Cuisine bien équipé et propre, appartement spacieux. Lits confortables. Les propriétaires vivent au dessus mais nous ne les avons pas vu ni entendu du séjour (seulement pour la remise des clés). Vraiment top ! "
