"Very nice hotel and nice staff"

"We had small ants coming out of the bathroom mirror. They were all over the vanity when we got back to the room after touring DC. We called the front desk they sent maintenance up who stated it’s only ants. Like it wasn’t a big deal. They front staff was very accommodating they changed our room. The hotel was overall nice but you can tell it isn’t maintenanced properly"

"Not only is the room way smaller than the photos, which is saying something, walls are paper thin, there’s not only no coffee in the rooms or microwave, you have to buy coffee and go to the basement to use a microwave. With how expensive this place is, the fact that there are no amenities and they charge for everything is crazy."

"The property surroundings are beautiful. The hotel at the lobby very nice. The rooms and furniture need to be updated. Furniture looks worn out. Bathroom looks old. Needs to be redone. Staff were very nice. Receptionist at the front desk all were very cordial and helpful. The breakfast buffet was not great. Items were greasy. For the price it was not worth it. Location was great and the distance to the METRO was extremely convenient."

"The room was clean. The staff at check in weren't pleasant or welcoming. We had three people in a room but was only provided towels for two guests. At check out, the staff was more pleasant. Place was conveniently next to a Dunkin Donuts and convenience store."

"A beautiful hotel inside and out. I understand it’s the beginning of their busy season… But they need to refresh especially the outside seating and outside area. Also, I did have an unfortunate experience with a worker who I felt to be a little condescending. Otherwise a beautiful room. "

"I reserved the room so that my kids could swim they didn't let use no that the pool wasn't swimable"
