Our stay at the Kempinski Dead Sea was truly wonderful, and while the property is beautiful and luxurious, it was the amazing staff that made the experience exceptional. Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Their genuine hospitality and thoughtful service truly set this hotel apart. The views, food, and facilities were all excellent—but it’s the people that make Kempinski unforgettable. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

Nothing fancy, and that’s the beauty of it. The staff? Genuinely outstanding. They went above and beyond for a clueless traveler without local currency, even stepping in to make sure the cab fare stayed fair. When all you need is a safe, simple place to rest your head before your next flight, this one gets it just right.

Yasmin were so nice to us gave us a free upgrade and pools were amazing so many of them and night party was amazing as well the landscaping awesome

We were checked in way ahead of check in time and we loved every moment we were there. Great swimming pools, great food, amazing view from our very roomy room!
