"The hotel is really nice and in general quiet .We spent 7 days there and were really happy with our choice.the breakfast is really good and you have a lot of options.The staff is always kind and helpful.Nice pool to relax as well.
The room and some areas around the hotel need a small paint refreshment and the ac units need to be changed with newer ones because they make too much noise during the night .
In general is a place that we could stay again for sure.The location is good close to...

"Firstly, the staff are beautiful! Always so happy and ready with a smile, nothing was a problem. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! I love how everyday was something different! Our room was immaculately maintained and had everything we needed. The pool and bar had us entertained each visit and Nyepi Day was a blast! We would definitely stay again."

"Lovely Hotel Rather big New Still opening Nice room and beds very clean nice gardens The main pool only has a ladder to get in and out which is very dangerous and disappointing to older people as there are no steps Maybe a wider ladder would help
