"Very nice hotel. The best in the area. One thing that could be improved is a music at the pool. There could be much softer melodies without loud vocals that would allow guests to enjoy the hotel/clinic even better. "

"Ailece iki gece konakladığımız Venüs otelden çok memnun kaldık. Bizim için en önemli husus olan temizlik konusunda personelin çok hassas olduğunu gördük. Odamız temiz ve havadar, yataklar çok rahattı. Kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve güzeldi. Otelde müzik kirliliği olmaması da ayrıca hoşuma gitti. Odaların çoğu orta avluya bakmasına rağmen gürültü yoktu, sakin ve huzurlu uyuduk. Pamukkale’de mimarisi en güzel olan otel olduğunu da belirtmek isterim."

"Very nice hotel with great location and facilities. Everything is clean and tidy. You can easily reach all the sightseeing's in 10 mins by car or 30-40 mins by walk. They got all the thermal facilities in house, also they got 3 outdoor pools and few indoor. The outdoor big pool is super spacious with nice sun-beds and bar. The food was great both breakfast and dinner! The staff were friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this hotel. "

"The Colossae was a very comfortable and relaxing place to stay. It is very close to Hierapolis/Pamukkale, which is a must see. The hot springs on the property are excellent, very natural, and how they've been set up for use is well done. However, they are very hot! We were lucky to visit during winter time, which meant temps in the 50s and 60s which made the outdoor hot springs more tolerable to enjoy. "Saat 12:00 gibi otele vardık,receptiondaki arkadaşlar çok yardımcı oldular, odamızda küçük bir balkon olsa daha iyi olabilirdi,ıslak mayolarımızı kurutmak için biryer bulamadık. Bunun dışında oda büyüklüğü yeterli. Restorandaki ürünler büyük otel standartlarında. Otelde herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Teşekkürler."

"Very nice propert with welcoming staff. Eats and drinks prices are very reasonable. Pools and water slides are enjoyable. The only issue was aircondotioning units in the rooms were ineffecient and uncomfortable."
