"Still under construction but quite and relaxing"

"I book this hotel last minute for two nights because it was very accessible to get around Georgetown and catching up with friends and family. The staff was very polite and helpful, My room was very clean and was able to enjoy some late night on the balcony. I would recommend some kind of fruit to go with the breakfast. Thanks for the unlimited coffee and the complementary snacks, juices and water in my room. Will definitely stay here again. I felt safe and secure."

"The food was honestly horrible, and the whole place really needs a serious upgrade. It’s definitely not like the other places you would normally visit. I feel like the hotel is becoming more of a downgrade than an upgrade. It really needs some TLC and a major refresh."

"Terrible staff. I prepaid for breakfast. They couldn’t find it in their systems and continuously harassed me throughout my stay. I was with my 10 year old. Despite being told it was cleared, they continued everyday to pester me. I decided just to pay to get them to leave me alone. And I emailed corporate Marriott. On day of check out. They again told me I had an unpaid balance. Ridiculous. The rooms were not cleaned for two days. Despite asking repeatedly for room cleaning. No clean towels...

"Overall an excellent stay. There was great communication throughout by the host. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The best thing about it is probably the location and sense of security. The pool was excellent along with an outdoor seating area and spacious grounds. Breakfast was provided every morning to add a nice little touch of local cuisine. The one bedroom apartment though small was cozy enough."

"No English speaking people when checking in. There is a lack of service…. No towels when needed. Was asked to take my towel down to be washed instead of service to the room. Only one hard working person who seems dedicated but the rest were just sitting around! Noisy place at and it does not feel safe at night! I suppose they cater for a group of tourist who are no English speaking!"

"I like the antique of the building and furniture but the glass door in the room was not maintained by cleaning the glass. The curtains had dirt spots, and if this was maintained, the overall would have been excellent."
