"Bathroom walls need washed badly, they are streaked with various colors of dirt. A used towel was left in our bathroom and a bra was left in our room upon arrival. Phone in room didn’t work, had to use my cell phone to speak with staff. "

"It was terrible, was promised microwave and refrigerator and I had neither. No one accommodated me or even cared, it was like they was telling you whatever to get your money"

"This hotel was essentially a spring break destination for students. Got woken up at 8AM with sound of construction on the floor above us. Staff insisted that it was 5 floors above- essentially gaslighting us. No different accommodation was offered. Ended up checking-out earlier. Terrible experience. "

They changed the room for us right away which was nice but in new room didn’t have good heat system, we were not comfortable staying and the TV didn’t work at all, disconnecting every 15min, didn’t seem cleaned well, big hair ball was in the bathroom, floor was dirty… we were family of 4, they only gave us 2 towels. Also one of receptionist was not professional or nice at all, hostility was not in this hotel. Bad experience "
