"Very welcoming to dogs. The bathroom was very dated and in poor shape. Very large room. Bed was a little hard. The staff are incredibly nice and welcoming. "

"This is in general a great place. Rooms are clean and quiet, beds are comfortable, location is great. Their automated checkin system has never worked, in all the times we've stayed there, however: the front desk is understaffed with generally just one person who is often quite harried. Company needs to ditch that automated system. "

"Location was great but hotel room was small and not clean. Staff was not friendly or helpful. The parking was sketchy and very expensive. We will be staying out of city central next time to enjoy a nicer hotel and better amenities."

"Never cleaned the room during 3days, requested one more instant cup(we are three people but there only two cup in the room),but they denied. Since there is no exhaust fan, the smell in the bathroom doesn't go away after use. "
