"This place is excellent. The focus is on the customer and making it a great experience. It’s clean and safe. We brought the family and the moment they walked in they felt like we paid a fortune for it. We got the suite with 2 queens and a separate room with a king bed. It was so great that they could be together and hang out while we had our own space."

"The pool was terrible, the water was green and was it apparent that the water has not been cleaned in awhile. This was a huge let down because I was traveling with children. Other than that the staff were friendly, the food was good and the rooms were clean."

"Loved the indoor pool and breakfast. The bed was amazing and handicap shower was super useful for my husband. The carpet was really disgusting and the furniture and decor in the room are dated and not plannef"

"Got to the property to check in at 12:15AM after a concert in Hershey that evening. Was confirmed by the hotel when we booked FEBRUARY 9th that a late check in was fine.
