"We booked Seaside Boutique with high hopes, but our experience was very disappointing. When we arrived the place felt empty and like a ghost town. You’re not allowed to bring in outside food, so we ate dinner at the restaurant — we were the only guests there and the staff were unhelpful and rude. The facilities were in terrible condition. The outdoor furniture and beach chairs were broken, the deck was unsafe for children, and the advertised “beautiful playground” was rusted and falling apart....

"This is the worst hotel I had ever been. Definite not a 5 star hotel, not even 3 star (not sure how they got 5 star label). We booked executive suite. This room is old, incomplete and nasty, not ready to accommodate guests. Executive suite is not as advertised, the room has no city view, only view of the hospital and vaccine center. "Très beau boutique hôtel quasi neuf en bord de plage. Les chambres sont réparties entre différents bâtiments et bcp sont différentes. Les mobiliers sont faits de beaux bois locaux. La literie excellente, les salles de bains modernes (toilettes japonaises), baignoire sur terrasse. Excellente nourriture et petits déjeuners. Entretien parfait Accueil au petit soin. "
