"The airport shuttle was very convenient, we were greeted very nice with drinks and fast check in. The room was ready before check in time which was very convinient ! Breakfast was delicious!! Would def come back !"

"Airport shuttle was amazing. The premium room's jacuzzi couldnt get hot water. Just warm and then cool. It was very frustrating. The heaters dont really expend heay, simply warm up themselves. Location is right by busy San Pedro market and it is loud with traffic and people, but worse off, all through the night - very loud disturbances. 2nd night i transfered to another room more in the corner.. i was awaken at 4 am by tons of clanging and scraping on some part of the property foundation....

"The staff was very attentive to our needs. My wife received oxygen as soon as she arrive due to the altitude sickness. Providing a schedule for spa time outside of the office hours was handled well by the concierge. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel to family and friends!"

"A lovely space within easy walking distance of plaza, market, dining, and nightlife. Comfortable, clean room with a very welcome heater in the bathroom and filtered water available in room. A wonderful addition was a sweet rescued baby alpaca on the inner patio in very nice , clean living quarters, living her best baby life! "

"Staff was very helpful. Great breakfast. Great views of Cusco. Room was very comfortable. Shower worked great. Ac could have worked better. We just leff door slightly open to let cool air in. Highly recommended "

"We stayed at this hotel for 5 days and we had an excellent time Our room was large, spacious and clean. My favorite part was definitely the bed. It was so comfortable that we looked forward to coming back and resting in it each night. The hotel is in a great location and walking distance to the main attractions such as the market and the main square. Breakfast was good as well. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. "

"Vinieron a las 1 de la mañana tocarnos la puerta de la pieza para decirnos que se habían equivocado con la pieza que nos habían dado y que nos teníamos que cambiar ahora mismo de pieza, a pesar de que estábamos en pijama y con todo desarmado. Además el baño asqueroso, en la ducha había un parque curita (band aid) usado, un moco y pelos de huéspedes anteriores. El desayuno pésimo, dos panes añejos y cero variedad. "

Julio was amazing in assisting us, he help my friend who got suck with altitude get better and assisted her with all she needed. The location is great, you can walk everywhere. I will definitely stay again when coming back to Cusco."
