"Don’t expect an early check-in. We arrived at 12p and had to wait until 4pm for check-in and the room still wasn’t even ready. They let 2 others get a room and we continued waiting until 4:30pm to get a room. The bathroom has a broken panel that was off multiple days and their fix was just placing it against it but clearly had a problem flushing because it wasn’t appropriately attached. "The staff was absolutely fantastic. The property is somewhat older and could use a refresher. Unfortunately, there was severe leak from the room upstairs and we had to move rooms. As this was around 1am-2am, there was no available staff to help move us. The night manager was as helpful as she could be. "Resort was beautiful. Clean rooms, updated, staff was nice and always helpful. Restaurant attached is not part of the hotel and not great. Not a good verity of food and you can’t run a tab for food or drinks. Restaurant at Lions Dive was way better. We swam across and ate at Hemingway instead."

"I had a great stay for my first solo trip! The staff was very nice. Room was clean and well maintained. It was within walking distance to a lot of places. It was nice sitting out at the pool at night."

"The property was clean & the people were very nice & attentive. The hotel was within walking distance to plenty of shops, stores & the beach. The only way to contact the front desk was via what’s app!! No telephones in the rooms. They don’t provide washcloths. They have a rooftop restaurant/bar with a pool that plays music until midnight. They have hookah also. The best night to go is Thursday."
