Friendly staff. Free and lots of parking. It's two hotels in one with bar restaurant. Continental breakfast. Eggs, cereal, French toast, bacon/sausage, sausage gravy n biscuits, cottage cheese, yogurt, muffins. Breakfast until 10am. "

"Did a “Girlfriend Retreat” for 2 nights…despite the rain, it hit all of our boxes above including close proximity to a park to walk on paved trail! Great array of dining options and shopping downtown! Would be nice if the city of Culpeper had a shuttle that would make pick-up & drop-off stops to our hotel. Would highly recommend! "

"When we first arrived the room we were given looked like someone took a nap in the bed and smelled like smoke really bad. We were given another room right away but you can smell cigarette smoke everyehere. They do allow smoking on the 3rd floor. This hotal allows

which was nice,overall not a bs=ad stay but no breakfast of any kind if offered. There is a resautrant across the street called Peppers and it was very good and inexpensive. "
