It was the least well appointed hotel I’ve stayed in for the last 15 years. Needs a serious update and just reeks cheap, but its not. I was most disappointed in the bed and pillows which felt like a sack of tennis balls.

The place was advertised as a hotel, but was a motel. I was incredibly disappointed when we arrived. Every night guests smoked outside of our room, filling it with the smell of cigarette smoke. Electrical outlets were hard to find and sketchy. Water pressure in the shower was bad.

The breakfast was not as good as I was hoping. I would not eve try the restaurant. Coffee was very weak. Apples were the only fruit other than juice. Hot food floor area was sticky and/or slippery due to syrup spills. The "gym" was extremely small with 5 cardio machines and no room to do anything else. The fitted bed sheet was coming loose and we had to tuck it in ourselves each night.

The hotel did not look good, and the back yard was in very poor shape. The staff was great. They were very helpful, pleasant, and professional. My main issue is with Expedia; they were not helpful at all. I mistakenly booked the wrong date, and they would not change the date or provide any assistance. They told me that they called the hotel, and it was the hotel that did not want to change the date, and I can only book again with the correct date. I called the hotel myself, and they had no problem with changing the date. It showed that the workers at Expedia were liars and were only interested in keeping my money and making me spend more. I will never book with Expedia again.
