"Our stay was wonderful, extremely relaxing and enjoyable. We liked the luggage pickup and drop off at the ferry and the breakfast was amazing! So nice to sit outside on our balcony and enjoy the pool and sea views. Also, we had an issue with our bill after we left but management took care of it once explained, can’t ask for more."

"Our experience at the Hotel President Valamar in Dubrovnik was truly exceptional, thanks to both the incredible service and thoughtful amenities that catered to the whole family. One of the most remarkable moments of our stay was when I lost my phone in the sea. After being submerged for three full days, I had little hope—but the hotel’s diving team managed to retrieve it from deep water. Their dedication, professionalism, and care went far beyond what anyone could expect, and I’m still amazed by their efforts. Equally impressive was Maro World, which made our daughter’s stay absolutely magical.
