Das perfekte Hotel für Erholung und leichte Aktivitäten. Das Animations-Team ist freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Genau so soll ein Urlaub ablaufen!"

"The hotel was absolutely stunning. We had a surprise room upgrade, staff and service was incredible the entire trip, and so helpful with everything. Pool area was unreal, not too busy which was nice. Reasonably priced bar and lunch options. Food buffet options were so varied and tasty, we liked having the option of menu items to pick from as well as the buffet, gave a proper restaurant feel. Only thing we felt could improve was after dinner, there wasn’t anything to do as the bar closed at 8pm...

"We stayed at Elounda Palm for 10 days and really enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a private infinity pool and a beautiful view of the sea, which made the experience even more special. The room was cleaned every day and the pool was cleaned every evening. Everything was always very clean and well maintained. "Wir waren vom 31.08. bis 07.09 in diesem tollen Hotel. Von Anfang bis Ende ein super Erlebnis. Das gesamte Team war super nett und sehr professionell !! Allen voran Dimitri vom Concierge Team. Aber auch das restliche Personal könnte nicht besser sein. Wir hatten öfter mal Probleme mit unserem Zugang zu unserem Zimmer 204 (the one with the door )aber das wude zum Schluss ein running gag mit dem Empfangs Team.
