"The staff accommodated us with an early check-in follow our over night flight which was incredible.
Only small issue we had was getting a room service sandwich one night. They could not toast the sandwich and were perturbed when we asked for it.
Overall a great hotel with great staff and somewhere we will visit again. "

"It was in a very good location. The rooms were clean. Staff were friendly and breakfast was lovely. The spa wasn’t open but would have love to have seen it."

"The staff were very good and polite. The property was going through updating work which I wasn’t aware off. What was disappointing that this occurred at 8 on a Sunday morning. That for me was not really acceptable. "

"Good hotel and we did enjoy it. There is lots of small issues that didn't affect us but may be important to others...
Phone in room not working
Safe in room needs resetting, so not working
Deceptive issues like bathtub dings n water marks,
Not all the pillows are plump"
