"They say “the people make the place”, it’s so true. The Hotel is really well situated for sightseeing and transport ( Aircoach stops right outside)
We were welcomed at the door and helped with our cases. The staff on the desk were very efficient and friendly.
Our room was lovely and very clean, housekeeping was also very good, we were on the 5th floor and the corridor always smelled fresh.
We had breakfast in the hotel, it had a great selection and the buffet was constantly being refreshed.
The hotel always had plenty of staff in the Lobby and as we were two females visiting the city, the hotel felt like a very safe.
All the staff that we spoke to were exceptional but ,we would like to send extra special thanks to Michael, what an asset he is to the hotel, always happy to help and always smiling and we enjoyed speaking to him each day.
We will come back to Dublin next year and we will stay at the Gresham, it’s beautiful."
