"Lovely hotel in a great location. Room was very comfortable. The hotels downfall is the configuration of the bathrooms. Absolutely no where to place toiletries, whether staying for 1 night or longer."

"Basic hotel. Decent location. Our room would have been very tight for 3 adults with luggage. Good value for Belfast though. Definitely ok for a night or weekend but you won’t want to spend time in the room. Definitely budget but that’s the brand so no real complaints "

"Pretty good hotel but breakfast was a bit meh. Also pretty mobbed with bus tours which meant it was boom and bust at the reception desk. Staff were really great however. Wee bit basic. No fridge or facecloth or mag mirror in bathroom. Good selection of pillows and comfy bws."

"It was our 3rd 5 day annual visit since marine and lawn took over. We have always moaned about the lack of drawer space in our room, but this time, things seemed to have slipped a bit further. The room wasn’t serviced till after 4pm, the breakfast buffet was cold every day, the spa and pool was closed for a whole day without warning. There was daytime drilling noise for 2 days. While the staff are wonderful, all they do is say sorry. They don’t seem to have any authority to smooth complaints...

"The staff is top notch, helpful, knowledgeable, good recommendations for local finds. Restaurant next door is amazing (gnocchi was incredible). Love the little kitchens to make a cup in the morning and watch the morning traffic below. Extremely walkable, lots of shops and restaurants even short distances. Staff was super accommodating when we needed to extend our stay unexpectedly over the weekend."
