"We really loved our stay at The Dean in Cork. The hotel had a fun, stylish feel and the room had several great touches. The shower was excellent, the minibar had a great selection, and we enjoyed using the vintage-style radio to connect our phone and play music. "Good hotel if you’re looking for somewhere near to Cork city centre for either Cork visits or a base for wider touring of the area. 5-10 minutes walk from the centre and there was parking on site. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast choice was good. We didn’t have other meals there so can’t comment beyond that. "The staff were helpful and promptly answered any queries. The breakfast menu offered a wide selection of traditional and continental food. The room was clean and had tea making facilities. It was great that you could refill your water jug at the 'refill' stations. Large car park so no parking issues."

Bei unserer Ankunft war dieses jedoch nicht vorbereitet bzw. gar nicht bereitgestellt, was nach einer langen Anreise mit einem Säugling besonders ärgerlich war. Wir haben es erst nach der ersten Nacht bekommen. Das Zimmer befand sich zudem in einem sehr schlechten Zustand. Es roch stark muffig und wirkte insgesamt heruntergekommen....
