"The overall experience was extremely disappointing, mainly due to the poor cleanliness and lack of basic maintenance. The shower was blocked, and when we used it, it overflowed onto the bathroom floor, which was frankly disgusting. It gave the impression that the shower hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained for a long time. There were also spider webs in the room, which immediately raised concerns about hygiene.
