"On the whole a fine hotel, although hardly a 5 star one. The breakfast was excellent. The negatives were- almost no real light in the room. Couldn’t read. Shower was quite slippery. The charging plugs were awkwardly placed almost on the floor."

"It was in a great location easy access to all amenities 5 minute walk from grand central station. 5minute walk to city hall where all the tour buses leave from. Restaurants and pubs nearby. Staff were really helpful."

"This hotel deserves to be in a class of its own! From arrival to departure everything was excellent. Staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful. The Bar was busy but did not feel crowded as there was sufficient space around each table. The meal in the Asian Fusian restaurant was just superb! All 6 people in our party commented how great it was. The bedrooms were super clean, reasonable sized, and had everything you need to enjoy your stay. Breakfast was great and even the gluten-free member...
