"You can find a better hotel than this. Food was okay. Wifi doesn't work all the way to the rooms just office area. Air cooled room til the next day. Some staff did good and some didn't. Pool was dirty. My husband left his shades by pool and some one stold them. Bed was not comfortable at all it was hard. Shower and toilet were good."

"The location is truly relaxing and the waterfalls are beautiful, but several issues ruined the experience. The road to get there was in terrible condition, the pool was empty during our entire stay, and the Wi-Fi never worked. Also, be aware that if it rains, there is absolutely nothing to do. It’s a lovely spot in theory, but the lack of basic amenities and the difficult access made it a frustrating trip."
