"Tuvimos un mala experiencia, tienen arañas por todos lados. Mi mujer fue picada y cuando solicite urgencia medica no tenian. Encontramos arañas en una toalla y cuando lo informamos a la gente de recepcion nos pidieron que mandemos las fotos a un mail de Amerian. A partir de ahi, las mucamas dejaron de proveernos toallas, deduzco por nuestro reclamo. Instalaciones y atencion general muy bueno. Es una lastima que un hotel 4 estrellas se vea opcado por lo señalado anteriormente."

"Overall, a good stay. I would definitely stay again. However, the property could use a bit of TLC. Some areas feel a little dated and could benefit from maintenance, especially the bathroom where the shower head was loose and nearly falling off. "

"We stayed in one of the wooden cabins, very charming (though not luxurious), spacious with all the facilities you need and three steps away from the pool. Rodolfo, the very friendly owner, made us feel welcome straight away and helped us with local advice to entertain our kids as we had quite some rain during our stay. Breakfast was delivered to our cabin every morning which was a real treat. A few minor points were that the roof was leaking in the living room (for which they apologized...
