"Our 1 bedroom with loft was really big for 4 pax. It had 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, living, dining & kitchen areas. The daily buffet breakfast at Kuya J’s had a lot of choices. I will definitely book again."

"Every thing is good except for the following: Confusions on the name of the property on the address that was advertised in the web I booked for a Mountain View but they gave us garden view .. no explanation whatsoever from the property manager. Advertised as luxury condominium/ apartment but I did see some unexpected turn off -dishwashing liquid placed on an empty Coke bottle . Bath and kitchen towels , rugs needs to be upgraded The building needs a touch up -"

"They gave us 2 connecting room but one room has AC problem not working at all! Rest room is dirty, faucet and shower pipes has MOLDS, OMG!"

"Beautiful property near downtown Baguio. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Best coffee I had during my Philippine visit. Walkable to Mines View and also downtown or easy access to a Grab if prefer to ride. Room was very clean. Beds are hard, so just be aware of that if that would be an issue. Would definitely stay again. Love the area."

"Problem about the noise during quiet hours, encountered pest in the room and no water the next day. Also no flushes in the toilet. Aside from being pet friendly (P350 fee) and kind staff who really apologized for all the inconvenience and stated all were "Noted" , I cannot think for other positives about this place. I just hope they really do something about the noise, water problem and cleanliness of the place."
