"My room was very moldy smelling, furniture outdated it didn’t have an refrigerator or microwave so I had to keep throwing my food away.as much as my and I spent we wasn’t happy at all the tv remote didn’t work and the tv channel didn’t work either. I would never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else."

"The staff is the shining star of Emerald Resort. The resort is in need of updating, it has a great location and all the rooms face the beach but it is rundown. Which gives off as not being clean. At breakfast one of my travel companions' breakfast came with butter packets and one of the butter packets had already been used. Plus the sugar bowl had empty packets in it and the jelly packets had food smeared on the bottom which says they reuse them for other guests."

"This property is rented as a waterfront view. Half the time you’re there you will be looking directly at the side of a cruise ship that completely blocks any view of any water. I don’t know how this was overlooked when describing the property, but I think that everybody should know this before booking a waterfront room here."
