"At the front desk, Tom was excellent. Very helpful and acted like a concerned “Innkeeper”. The property is very centrally located with good fast food options nearby. The breakfast included was fantastic, not your usual granola bars and oatmeal options! Unfortunately, the property is showing its age. Hallway walls had damaged walls, slow elevators, leaking pipes in the garage. My room was on the exterior wall and both street noise and noise from the nearby 24 hour restaurant was constant. Suggest you look for a courtyard view room to lessen the noise. "

"As someone who has managed a hotel before I always walk into our reserved room and disinfect everything we will be touching and I take the comforter off the beds and pillows because those do not get changed after each us unless stained. We bring our own pillows and blankets. When doing my own inspection I found blood on the sheets. We told front desk and she changed our room. The halls and elevator were dirty. This would not be the best Embassy we’ve stayed at. Staff was wonderful, breakfast was grate, happy hour was great. No compensation or apology from management was made before or after our stay for the inconvenience. "
