"Clean room"

"The hotel and amenities themselves are excellent. I was not expecting the number of toddlers and children running around wild at all times of the day and night. If you’re a family with older kids, keep this in mind. The gift shops and restaurant are extremely overpriced in my opinion. The Dunkin Donuts inside the property was over an hour behind with their food orders, so we had to leave it and come back and ask at a later time if they would still honor the food even though we had to leave and...

"The look of the hotel was beautiful. but at the outside seating area there were cigarette butts all over the ground even with receptacles available. I suggest making hotel property smoke free. Also when I checked in the front desk ran my card twice for incidentals (total $300) when i noticed it on my bank account i came down to the front desk. They said it was there mistake but could no refund me the $. I was given free breakfast for 2 days"

"Me and my husband stayed 2 nights this past weekend for father’s day. We love hyatts because they're always clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, this is our first bad experience with one. When we walk into our room there was still garbage on the floor under the table, hair on the toilet, and a bug under our sheets. Not the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen but we left very disappointed."

"The room and area are good. The space in the room was really spacious. The beds were not that comfortable though. But I would stay again. It’s the second time we’ve stayed here."

"It offered the bare minimum. Bathroom was clean and functional. Beds were not very comfortable. Minimal electric outlets. Had to request a luggage stand - none in room. Room had a "funky" odor to it - maybe disinfectant. Breakfast was nothing remarkable. Many people at breakfast complained about the hotels relatively poor quality - someone saw a rat in the parking garage - the garage had seen its better days. Never saw an actual desk clerk at the desk - they were always elsewhere - assisting...
