"Clean room, friendly staff, enjoyable shows for nighttime entertainment, both kids and adults. Slight hiccup when it came to communicating (not with regards to language barrier)- some staff told us to do one thing and when we did, other staff said no we can’t- ex: had our room upgraded for free which was fantastic but we were short a bed, they had pull out couches and was told that someone would make it up for us each night, but when called and asked they were confused why we were asking and it took a long time to have it made up, often with reminder calls. One person asked if we wanted just to have a set time daily for it to be Made up and we said yes but then when we asked about it again someone else said no. That part was frustrating the back and forth of it all. The resort was clean, inviting and on the smaller side, making it easy to become comfortable with your surroundings faster. "

"Booked a room with an ocean view and was given partial view. Vanity light in room didn’t work and was broken, called to make a report and no one came to check it out. Found a cockroach in our room. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful but conditions could be better. Room service food was honestly so nasty. Kind of annoying that all pool/beach chairs said “no reserving” and everyone left their towels since the early morning. I did enjoy that it was pretty quiet and not as hectic as the kids side so we were able to relax. "

"Good food, good service, the beach is flawless. Our son had his bracelet fall off in the pool 24th after getting there and it’s an $80 charge. We hassled them everyday to not charge us because it’s obviously not his fault, upon checkout we got it cut to $40. FYI my own bracelet also fell off at night just in my room when I was doing nothing at all. An adult lost bracelet may cost way more, so consider adding your own tape or taping it to another bracelet so it doesn’t come off. Only the double alligator slide is open, and it’s pretty aggressive so smaller kids won’t like it. Everything else was pretty great, the food was good and service too. The beach is mint. "
