"We stayed here for 4 days. It was a very good stay with very friendly hosts Sandra and Julien. Sandra's homemade jams are delicious.The room was new and clean. Location is perfect for Alsace Wine Route: Strasbourg is 35 minutes, Obernai is 25 minutes, Barr is 20 minutes, Colmar 25 minutes, Eguisheim 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this premises, as location, cleanliness, friendly services are more than standard."

"Unfortunately the young woman at the desk did not speak any English despite the website saying they had multi-lingual staff, this made it very challenging. Also the room was up a few flights of stairs and not air-conditioned, and it was an extremely hot time in France, there was one weak fan in the room, it made our stay very uncomfortable. "

"Ribeauville is a wonderful small town in the Alsace region. The L'Hotel and Spa complimented our lovely stay in this beautiful town. The spa was a great bonus and perfectly clean. Just a short stroll from the hotel and many great restaurants that serve wonderful regional food. Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and welcoming. "
